Getting Started
1. Create your account
Sign up at app.inboundpilot.xyz/auth . The 14-day free trial requires no credit card.
2. Complete onboarding
The onboarding wizard walks through:
- Business basics — industry/vertical, services offered, location.
- AI settings — the qualifying questions you want the AI to ask (name, phone, budget, service, timeline, etc.), the AI’s reply language, and tone.
- Knowledge base (optional) — paste your website URL and InboundPilot scrapes it to build a knowledge base the AI uses to answer customer questions. You review and approve the extracted content before it goes live.
- Connect channels — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and/or Email. Each uses an official platform API — see Channels.
3. Test in the Playground
Before connecting real channels, use the Playground (Simulator) to send test messages through the full AI pipeline and verify the qualifying flow and knowledge base answers behave as expected.
4. Go live
Once a channel is connected, every inbound message on that channel is handled by the AI automatically. Conversations appear in the Unified Inbox, where any team member can monitor, rate AI responses, or take over a conversation at any time.
