Review before it goes live
Extracted content is staged for review. You approve, edit, or reject what the AI is allowed to say before any of it is used in a live conversation — the AI never answers from unreviewed content.
How it’s used
When a customer asks a factual question (hours, pricing, services, policies), the AI retrieves the most relevant approved content from your knowledge base and answers from it — instead of guessing or making something up.
