Facebook Messenger

InboundPilot connects via the official Facebook Messenger API. Every message sent to your Facebook Page is received and answered by the AI — the same qualifying flow as WhatsApp and Instagram, all in one inbox.

Requirements

• A Facebook Page (not a personal profile) and admin access to it.
• Connects through the same Meta OAuth flow used for Instagram.

What happens after connecting

• Every message sent to your Page is handled by the AI automatically, so no lead goes unanswered regardless of when they reach out.
• Conversations appear in the Unified Inbox alongside Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email.
